Several California Arbitration & Mediation Services panelists have experience litigating, mediating, and arbitrating disputes involving municipalities, counties, housing authorities, municipal service agencies, joint powers authorities, and other public entities. We understand the complexities involved in municipal (public) law, especially the need to work with their governing bodies within the bounds of the California Brown Act, and the ability to help parties resolve disputes involving environmental issues, public contracts and construction, eminent domain, real estate and housing, land use and zoning, police and public safety, and more.
